Knowing when to remove yourself; time to reflect.

Going through a difficult period takes a different flavor for everyone. We each react in our own way to the situations we face. Sometimes friends understand, sometimes they think they understand and sometimes they really don’t. Good intentions are not in doubt.

There are times like now when the support is there but I am not…┬áHave you ever felt that?

Something is off and I am still not sure what it is. Nothing to get beat up about… It can happen to anyone.

The important thing is to deal with it.

Having received a lot of feedback from friends, I want to remove myself completely, take a step back and ground myself. There is just too much information; my mind is tired from events and is not ready to process every bit of input I have received. I need to clear my head and start fresh, make my statement, time to reflect; where am I and where do I want to be? Back to the basics.

How do you feel about this? Does it hit close to home?

I’ll be writing in my Journal a lot in the next few days.
I am confident, I will be back on track very soon. TheNewHappyMe is alive and well!
