Do you have to believe it to see it or do you have to see it to believe it?

Go ahead read it again… I’ll wait. Read it a few times…

Do you have to believe it to see it? or  Do you have to see it to believe it?

This pair of questions came to me from a fellow coaching student. It makes you think…

When you believe it to see it, you are working towards making your belief come true. There is an element of faith, of strength and of dedication to arrive to the outcome of seeing the results of your commitment.

Someone who says – I have to see it to believe it – waits for outside sources to make reality. Belief comes with proof that someone else can do it.

So which one are you?
